We Farm...

using organic principles.
The animals are grass-fed.

all the meat ourselves.
It is hung for three weeks
to ensure optimum flavour.

our own burgers.
We only add sea salt and
pepper so as not to distract
from the excellent flavour.


In 2010 we began selling our hugely acclaimed beef and lamb burgers at a number of events including the Real Food Market outside the Royal Festival Hall, a leading family festival Elderflower Fields and Weald and Downland Open Air Museum.

Finishing Touches

We compliment our burger with ingredients made by people who share our vision in caring about every stage of the process.  Our brioche bun is organic and made locally.  The bun is drizzled with extra virgin olive oil and topped with either Montgomery cheddar or Stichelton blue cheese.  Both are handmade using raw milk.


Each burger is cooked to order and served by us or our friends, so you will be meeting people that are intimately connected to the farming and production process.


We are truly present for every step of the food’s journey and are repeatedly told that this is evident in the burger’s phenomenal flavour.
